presented energy bill savings as a result of
the increased wall thickness and the
increased amount of insulation in attic,
Also the strength of the structure which is
measured by the wind load resistance. The
fuel crunch of the late 70's highlighted
these two factors, but in 2015 these points
still important. - 1981 - Built 1st all wood Gambrel house
with treated wood basement. - 1987 - Added steel buildings new and old.

- 2013 - Ohio Historical Society, designates
